What is your availability? How long will it take for me to get an appointment?

A.

Daytime, afternoon and evening appointments are available Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm and Fridays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Saturday appointments available upon request. Appointment requests are normally scheduled within 2 business days of the initial phone call.

Our affiliations with insurance companies are constantly expanding, so if you are interested in treatment and don’t see your provider mentioned, feel free to contact us to confirm.

If we aren’t a provider in your network, most insurance companies will reimburse a percentage of your out-of-pocket cost. You can find out what your options are by calling the number on the back of your card and asking the following questions:

  • Do I need a referral from a physician before I can begin therapy?
  • Does my insurance policy cover out-of-network mental health providers?
  • Is there an out-of-network deductible for mental health?
  • How much will my plan cover for each session? (specific dollar amount? percentage of fee?)
  • How many sessions are covered in a year?
  • Is there a maximum dollar amount for my out-of-network mental health benefit?

Regardless of whether or not a counselor is in your network, you will always have to call your insurance network to find out your benefits and sometimes to obtain authorization for counseling. We can offer you assistance with this process if you need it.
